Well i know i said i didn't think i would have time to make a card during the Easter hols - i then remembered i had no card for Alan, (from Harrison), as it's his birthday on Friday, so while the boys were doing a Rugby Festival yesterday (Harrison's team came 2nd), i made one.
I'm so proud of myself, as today i have used all scraps to make this card, the image is : Penny Black - 'Auto Hog / 4081K / 2010' - the image normally comes with a load of groceries flying out the back, but i thought it would make a better Man's card without them, the cloud paper is : My Mind's Eye - 'Lime Twist / Fly A Kite', grass is : Memory Box - 'Grassland Border', the clouds are : Whimsy Stamps - 'Cloud Die Set', the 'Happy Birthday sentiment is : Papermania - 'Clare Curd Signature Range', Dad is : Pink Gem Designs and the twine is from my stash.

Pixie's Snippet Playground - where they are up to Challenge No: 170 - to use your snippets - the cloud paper was half a page, the black and green card was in my scraps / snippets box
Allsorts - where Challenge No; 304 is 'Feature A Creature'

Hi Sam - a uge welcome to the Snippets Playground. I hope you have fun with us and soon learn that it's usually a bit manic - the term playground does get taken very literally at times!
I love your card, such a lovely shape and am a huge fan of Penny Black too. Especially the hedgies :) Our little resident hedgie is out and about in the garden and feeding after a short hibernation - but he doesn't own a smart red car :)
