Spring Bunny With Daffs

Hi,

The weather here was lovely - cold and crisp on Monday and Tuesday, yet yesterday we had rain, not so much fun dog walking !! Harrison is in the West Sussex Finals on Sunday for Rugby Under 9's, so will let you know how he gets on.

Update pea soup has gone and the sun has come out, so have taken another photo - yipee !!

I thought it was about time that i used a LOTV image again and i was given a good excuse with the Spring Facebook Challenge, so i thought i would go for 'Spring Bunny With Daffs', the papers are : First Edition - 'Hideaway', I thought for a change i would do something different and made ribbon flowers, the ribbon is : stripey one - 'Stampin Up', the plain one : Dovecraft - 'Tea Party' and the plain one is from stash, the crystals are from my stash too, the sentiment is : LOTV

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mums in the UK - i'm in my craft room this morning playing, while the boys are at Rugby training and then we are going to have a chill out afternoon before i cook the dinner.

I've had this stamp for a while and was never sure what to do with it : Penny Black - 'Frequent Flyer - 2070K - 2001', i've added stickles to the dandylion and i've cut it with : Die-namics - 'Stitched Rounded Rectangle',  and embossed it, with : Elizabeth Craft Designs - 'Clouds Embossing Folder', that i have distressed with : Tim Holtz - 'Tumbled Glass', the papers are : Basic Grey - 'Wisteria', the sentiment is : LOTV - 'Everyday Grungy Messages', that i've embossed with clear embossing powder, the ribbon is from : The Ribbon Girls and the pearls are from my stash.

Tulip Jungle

Hi,

Well after a busy half term, i'm now back card making and running around catching up on appointments, that i don't manage to do, when Harrison is off school. Tonight Alan, 2 friends of ours and I are off to see 'Vincent And Flavia in The Last Tango' and i'm so looking forward to it, as it brings back so many happy memories, of when we were in Argentina (10 years ago).

Dog Drumming

Hi,

Harrison is on half term this week, so we are busy - Saturday was 'The Royal Albert Hall', London to see 'Cirque Du Soleil 'Amaluna', Sunday - Rugby training, Tuesday - bird watching at the local reserve, yesterday - Coconut Ice and Lemonade making (part of the Brighton Science Festival), today is a sports camp and tomorrow is a meet up with the children's author 'Sam Watkins' and is going to teach Harrison and his friends how to draw a comic strip.

Hi,

It's a busy weekend in my house - yesterday Harrison went to RSPB Explorers, then i took him to his Cubs event for old Scouts of our unit to sign a scarf (we need 100, to celebrate 100 years of Cubs), today H was supposed to be in a rugby tournament, but unfortunately Alan is not well (he has been off sick since Tuesday afternoon and Monday we are going back to the doctors to sort out an x-ray on his hip, as it still hurts), so instead we are going to                                                 .
