Christmas Dreams

Hi,

Firstly, thank you for all your wonderful comments of support -  after careful consideration, i have decided not to shut down my blog, but i am only going to post on here any cards i've made for Challenges, where i have been asked to be on the Design Team, otherwise you can view any future cards here :
https://www.facebook.com/Whispers-Cards-774880976007654/?ref=aymt_homepage_panel.

Today's card has been made for the lovely Maureen's Challenge : Rudolph Day's Challenge

Last month I went on a Copic colouring class with the super talented Faye Wynn Jones, bless her she is a saint and so patient too, this is the first ever image i have coloured with copics, on my own (not in a class).

The image is : Penny Black - 'Christmas Dreams / 1509F', have a touch of wink of stella on the holly berries
The papers are : LOTV - 'Classic Christmas'
The frame is : Sweet Dixie - 'Festive Floral Frames'
The ribbon is from the 'The Works' and has sparkle running through it
Shimmer Dome Stickers - Docrafts / Papermania

Don't forget to have fun and join in with Maureen's fabby Challenge, i mean we all need Xmas cards, so why not start early,

Luv Sam x

Super colouring of that image also.
Love your wonderful design as well.
Not sure why you want ot close your blog, but it would be a shame if your did.
Did you know that Faye is Mrs A's daughter, and what a very talented family they are.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

This is such an adorable card! The image is of course, so wonderful and I especially like the mat cut with the pretty die.

I am so glad that you will keep the blog going for your design team work.
I will be over to comment on your facebook page...Al is keeping me busy with driving out to countertop warehouses and marching about on the cement floors, trying to pick a slab.

He and I like different slabs so it may take awhile. By evening I am so tuckered out as teh hard floors make my knees and back ache...but will be over soon as I want to check out your new cards!

You did a brilliant job coloring your Christmas hedgie, Sam! You were obviously a good student; Faye would be proud of your work!! The whole design to showcase him is fabulous!

I'm sorry to read that something upset you terribly, but relieved and happy that you didn't let it get the best of you and you're keeping your blog open, especially since I can't seem to keep up at all on Facebook! Lots of hugs, Darnell
