Snow Fun

Hi,

It's absolutely chaos in my house at the moment - plasterer left yesterday, so we are now waiting for the plaster to dry, before the painter comes back next Monday, then it's new carpet, before we have an open day on 11th February and hopefully that is when we will get an offer on our house, fingers crossed !!

The lovely Maureen sent me an e-mail earlier in the month to ask if i would like to be one half of Design Team A on her Rudolph Day's Challenge, i thought about it for all of one second, as i so loved doing it, when i did it last year for 3 months - remember the rules are you need to make a Christmas card and you have from today the 25th until the last day of the month to enter, without further ado, here is my card :

I've seen quite a few cards on people's blogs making a slider card, so i thought i would give it a go, but to do that i first had to buy : Lawn Fawn - 'Slider On Over dies', the image is : Penny Black - 'Snow Fun / 3278K / 2005', the and background tree and cottage is Wild Rose Studio - 'Cottage' (that i won a year ago in Kate's candy and thought it was about time i used it !!), the star is : Memory Box : 'Star Of Wonder', the seniment is : LOTV - 'Set of 4 Merry Christmas', the snow has been made with : Glamour Dust - 'Crystal' and Stampendous Frantage - 'Chunky White Embossing Enamel' :the paper is a snippet from : Forever Friends - 'Santa's On His Way ......'.

Sorry if i haven't been around, but last Monday the painter came in and said he could do our bedroom and computer room this Monday, so Alan and i said 'Yes', then when he left we went 'Oh S**t' we are going to have to clear 11 and a half years of rubbish in a week !!, to say we have been ruthless, is an understatement.
