Warm Wishes Reindeer

Hi,

Oooo what a busy week we had for half term - the sawing down of trees was interesting espeially when H started using one, with a volunteer (gee they were braver than me). On Saturday i met up with a friend in Southampton and we went to see 'The Bodyguard', which was absolutely brilliant - we saw it with Zoe Birkett, instead of Alexandra Burke (as she doesn't do matinees !!).

I so love the older Penny Blacks and this one is no exemption : PB - 'Warm Wishes Reindeer / 337H / 1997', highlighted with glamour dust, I have so admired the way the lovely Sue uses the : Die-namics - 'Stitched Rounded Rectangles', that when she left a post on facebook, that it was free P+P at Dies To Die For, i just had to go and treat myself ;-), the papers are a set that i bought about 18 months ago and never used !! : Prima - 'North Country', the snowflakes are : MB - 'Precious Snowflakes', covered in glitter, the pearls are : Hobby House - 'Chocolate Heaven'.

The Challenges I Would Like To Enter Are :

Papertake Weekly - where the Challenge is 'Take Your Pick' - I chose Sketch No: 85 and i've used kraft

Winter Wonderland - where the Challenge is 'Krafty Creations'

Fab 'N Funky - where Challenge No: 248 is 'Christmas - Let's See Some Snowflakes'

Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas  where Challenge CHNC 217 is 'Christmas Creatures'

ABC Christmas - where 'D is for Die-cuts'

Rudolph Day - where the Challenge is 'Anything Goes'

Thanks for looking and for any comments you would like to leave, would be most appreciated, Luv Sam x

Sam, what a great card, so much to look at and enjoy. I also love the older PB stamps. What a cutie this on is, and the deer peeking out from behind is so clever. Love it.

I'm so with you on the PBlack stamps...old or new. This one is just delightful, and you've done a marvelous job using it on this pretty layered card. Love the snow the little Rudy is standing in as he holds up this cute birdhouse. Love the delicate glittering snowflakes and all the pretty papers. Great Rudy Day card. TFS
