Hedgehopper

Hi,

Well we had a fabby time at 'Leeds Castle' H and his friends did brass rubbing, played on the adventure playground and then when they were inside the Castle there were child friendly information sheets and I-Spy sheets too - we spent 6 hours there and still didn't see all of it.  Alan is feeling better, he's been told he has an infection and a slight tear on his spleen (the doctors think from the car accident he had).

Congratulations Captain Scott Coakley - Scott is my friends Mel and Geoff's son, who live in Australia and we found out a couple of weeks ago - Scott had been made a Captain by Virgin Blue Airlines, and we are all so proud of him - hence a card with a plane on it !!.  The papers are Echo Park - 'Little Boy', sentiment - 'LOTV', distressed with Tim Holtz - 'Faded Jeans'.

The Card And Challenges Are :

Allsorts - where Challenge No: 225 is 'Button Up'

Totally Gorjuss - where Challenge No: 202 is 'Dotty'

Cards For Men  - where Challenge No: 19 is 'String It Up'

Sketch Saturday - where they are up to Sketch No: 277 and another super one at that too

Cutie Pie - where Challenge No: 53 is 'A Cute One For The Boys'

Card Mania - where Challenge CMC No: 30 is 'Cute As A Button'

Image - Penny Black - 'Hedgehopper'
Papers - Echo Park - 'Little Boy'
Sentiment - LOTV
Buttons And Twine from stash

Thanks for looking and for any comments you would kindly like to leave, would be most appreciated, Luv Sam x

Hi Sam

Great card!!

Your backing papers match perfectly with that fabby image.

Yes, you were right .. .. our York trip did include the Food/Drink Festival but £4.50 for a mini glass of champagne is a bit out of my league .. .. especially when we would have needed two glasses (that is a new Penny Black stamp that would last much longer LOL!!!).

Hope all is good with you.

Love Jules xx
