It's Your Day !

Hi,

OMG - what a week so far !!. It started heavily snowing here at 4pm on Monday and by 4.50pm the pavements and road had a light covering and based on the fact i hate driving in the snow i decided to go and pick H up early from after school care, and we were home by 5.30pm - Alan on the other hand left London at 5.10pm (works next door to the Gherkin), got to Haywards Heath station at 6.20pm, rung me at 7.40pm to say he was still in the station car park !!, he finally made it home at 10.45pm, and we are only 18 miles from the station !!, basically he said, so many people had abandoned their cars and he was driving on snow covered ice!!
On Tuesday H's school was shut and Alan worked from home and then in the night H was bringing up bile, so wasn't able to go to school today, but he is ok now and is going back tomorrow.

When i saw this image, i just knew i had to have the stamp (and i know my blogging friend Janice, will love it too) !, the papers, edged borders and ticket are My Mind's Eye - 'Ooh La La For Him', the sentiment is Paula Pascal - 'All Year Round' ( I so miss doing her classes, she has decided to focus on Sizzix and her photography more), the twine and charm are from my stash.
