Gift Hedgy

Hi,

Well i hope you all had a good New Year - OH and i went to see 'Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol', as for a change we had a free babysitter (we were in Yorkshire and Grandad did the honours), but we were home in time for the fireworks, as Whisper is scared. Well something things don't change my knee is not good again, so it's back to the physio next week, oh joy and i've also managed to some how pull the muscle in my shoulders, so typing is not easy !!!

I had to make a card to thank friends and family for son's Christmas and Birthday (he was 5 on 3rd Jan) presents, so this is what i came up with - although next year i will have to come up with a simpler idea(I've had to make 5 of this design), as next year he is having a party (we decided after the cost of the cruise a party, was one expense to much).  I decided on this stamp and found some old papers that i have in both 12x12 and 8x8 !, gem stars were ones i've had ages and the sentiment is taken from a transparent set i bought in a sale last year.

Todays Card and Challenges :

C.R.A.F.T - where Challenge No: 136 is 'Thank You'

Clear It Out - where Challenge No: 1 is 'Make A Thank You Card' - with a bonus of adding twine - added, old things are stamp, DP, CB embossing folder and star gems

Sentimental Sundays - where Challenge No: 83 is 'Anything Goes'

Sunday Sketch And Stamp - where Sketch No: 87 is designed by Maggie

Image - Penny Black - 'Gift Hedgy'
Sentiment - Penny Black - Taken from transparent set 'Salutations'
Papers -  i think DCWV, but not sure
Embossing Strip - CB - 'Christmas Stars'
Twine and Star Gems from stash

Thanks for looking, Luv Sam x
