Frosty's Wish

On Saturday we went to a Christmas Market with our friend Celia and her children, yesterday the boys did rugby training and afterwards H went to a friends for a play. This week is the lull before the storm !!, so i'm taking full advantage of it, by doing some crafting ;-)

Today's image is : Penny Black - 'Frosty's Wish / 40-419 / 2015' and i thought he was crying out for a bit of paper piecing, for the pearls, i used : Viva Decor - 'Perlen-Pen', the top row of snowflakes are : Whimsy Stamps - 'Snowflake Border', the bottom snowflakes are : MS punch, the single snowflake is : Marianne D - 'LR0125' - all covered in glamour dust, the sentiment is : LOTV, the papers are : Bo Bunny - 'Snowflake Collection', the ribbon is : Papermania - 'Spot and Stripes -Blue'

Following Marianne's Ebay bargain - i thought i would show mine, this group of stamps were in 2 lots and i got the whole lot for £27 (including postage) and i was only after 'Wishlist' (the mouse with the list !!)

This card is for Alan's Dad, as he doesn't do cute or bows. I've used 2 of my bargain stamps today : Penny Black - 'Pinecones and Poinsettias / 1281L / 1998', the sentiment : Penny Black - 'Christmas Wishes / 949E / 1996' and was embossed with : WOW - 'Gold Embossing Powder', the scrap of gold paper is : Bo Bunny - 'Silver And Gold Collection'

Merry Puppy

Sorry if i didn't get round to you last week, but i was struggling with a head cold and cough, fortunately it has now disappeared, so i can have the flu jab today - but it usually aggravates my joints, so i'm sure by Wednesday, i'll be taking Ibuprofen !!

I have a little confession to make, in my last post i said i was away for a few days, well we were actually away for just over 2 weeks, in  - Japan (Tokyo, Mount Fuji, Kobe, Okinawa, Nagasaki), China (Shanghai), Taiwan (Taipei) and Hong Kong, here are just a couple of photos from our amazing holiday -
