Angel Snowman

Hi,

Hoping you are all well ?, i am, but i did have a slight accident on Monday, i was posting a letter in the village post box, when suddenly i fell on my bottom and whilst falling over, banged my head again the brick wall - i gained a big bump on my head and then had to contact a friend who kept checking on me, till Alan was able to get home.

Many of you may know that i have a soft spot for Snowmen and when i spotted this cutie / oldie, i knew i had to have it : Penny Black - 'Angel Snowman / 242K / 1997', the papers are : Doodlebug - 'Frosty Friends', the punched edges are : MS - 'Icicles and Snowflakes', the sentiment is : Whimsy - 'Holiday Mini Postage Stamp', the snowflake is : Marianne Designs - 'LR0125' - the sentiment and snowflake are covered in : Stampin' Up - 'Heat And Stick Powder, then Dazzling Diamonds', the silver pearls are from my stash.

The Challenges I Would Like To Enter Are :

Sparkles Christmas - where Challenge No: 68 is 'Angels or Fairies' - I know it's not your conventional Fairy or Angel, but that the stamp say's it's 'Angel Snowman' 

Winter Wonderland - where the Challenge is 'A Sketch or Tic Tac Toe' - i went for : Snowflake, Sparkle or Shine, Punch or Diecut

Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas - where Challenge 'CHNC 300 is Add A Sentiment' 

September Rudolph Day's Challenge  - the lovely Mo organises a Christmas Card Challenge, starting 25th of the month and ending on it's last day

Pixies Snippets Playground  - where the lovely Di is up to Week No: 248

ABC Christmas - where they are up to 'T is for Two' - i've gone for : two Snowmen - one on the main image and one on the sentiment, two different punches - icicles and snowflakes, two different glitters - Stickles on the image and Stampin' Up heat and stick, dazzling diamonds on the sentiment and snowflake

Well it's been nice to be able to chill out, now H has gone back to school and last weekend we went back to Gloucester to get our shoes that Alan and I left behind at the beginning of August !!

Today's card was made for one of Harrison's friends, the images are from the transparent set : Penny Black - 'Zoophabet / 30-015' (the hat had a flower on it, but because it was for a boy, that's why i have added a star brad), the sentiment is : LOTV - 'Vertical Sentiments', cut with : Die-namics - 'Fishtail Flags Stax', the papers were bought in a pack, with no name on them, but to me they look a bit like DCWV, what do you think ?
