Hi,

We went away to the Isle Of Wight for half term and had a superb time, we only had one bad day of weather, yipee, we also found Red Squirrels and it was magical.

I made this card before i went away and it took me 4 days !!, when i saw this stamp i just had to have it : Penny Black - 'Snow Cuddle / 2741H / 2003', the sentiment is : Penny Black - 'Each Friend / 3261F / 2006', the papers are : My Mind's Eye - 'Tis The Season', the die at the bottom is : Memory Box - 'Frostyville Border' the die at the top is : Memory Box - 'Frostyville Wreath' (cut in half), the dies and image are all covered in glitter, the ribbon is : The Ribbon Girls

Cat On The Moon

I'm sorry if i haven't got round to commenting this week, as i'm suffering with a head cold and it hurts my head is blocked up and hurts too much if i'm on the computer too long.  For those of you, who are my friends on Facebook, will know this already, but for those of you who are not - Alan and I were very proud parents on Friday night, when H got presented with his Chief Scout Bronze Award

Today's image - Penny Black - 'Cat On The Moon - 3207H - 2005',(the image is cut with my new - Die-namics - 'Stitched Circle') is one of those ones i've always wanted to use and not sure what to do with it, until i remembered the papers : Craft House - 'Allsorts', the die at the top is : Memory Box - 'Night Sky Border', the one at the bottom is : Marianne D - 'LR0134', I threaded the ribbon threw it, as well as the bow, the star die coming out of the image is : Memory Box - 'Beloved Stars'.

Gardening Girl

Hi,

It feels a really weird week - i think it's down to the Bank Holiday and no yoga (as it's usually on Mondays), no Strictly (our teacher is on holiday for 2 weeks) !! Today we have a guy coming round, so we can sort out our conservatory roof - we are having it changed to a soft tile one, then they put insulating in, then a false plasterboard ceiling - which will make it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter and we can have a more usable space and i can move my craft stuff in it.

Today's image is another oldie, that i have been itching to use : Penny Black - 'Gardening Girl / 589K/ 1996', the papers are : Basic Grey - 'Lemonade', the die is : Memory Box - 'Cosmo Border', that i bought ages ago, as i saw it on somebodies blog and as usual i needed it and have never used it !!, the paper flowers i've had for at least 5 years, the ribbon is from : The Ribbon Girls and the buttons are : Dovecraft - 'Back To Basics III'

Rambling Rose

Hi,

 Well here in the UK it's a Bank Holiday Weekend, so i'm sure the weather won't be good !!, yesterday H went to try out Canoeing, Kayaking (both things he has never done before) and Raft Building with the Cubs. Today is a rest day and tomorrow we are going to the Weald and Downland Museum for a Food Festival.
