Hi,

Thanks for all your kind comments about my migraines - now the weather has cooled down, i'm feeling heaps better,  i had to pick H up early from school on Wednesday, as he had pulled his chair into the table and somehow it unbalanced and he fell off of it and caught his eye and cut it (it's just under his eyebrow and about 1 inch long), so it was a trip to our doctors to be glued and steri striped - he's feeling ok now and we kept him off of school on Thursday, as it was sports day !!

I must confess, this is one of the few older PB's i don't have :-), so this is an image i found in my box : 'Cinnamon / 3842K/ 2008', i've used : Spellbinders - 'Label 18 and Floral Ovals'the papers are : Dovecraft - 'Tea House', the punched edge is : MS - 'Traditional Scallop', banner : La La Land - 'Heart Banner' with buttons on it, sentiment is : LOTV, the ribbon and buttons are from stash.

Firstly please excuse me, if i have not got round to leaving you a comment the last couple of days, but due to the excessive heat, i've been suffering with migraines and Alan is now limiting me to how much time i spend on it, plus it was H's school fete and evening do on Saturday, so i have been a bit tied up with that !!.
I had a lovely time with  Christine / Tilly Trotter, but unfortunately i had a migraine Thursday, so we were not able to go Crafts U Love.
Is anyone else having a problem viewing their blog list ?, as i can only see one post, so if you are not on my front page, i'm also not able to visit you, sorry.

Ladies Devine

Hi,

Well what an absolutely lovely week, we have had weather wise - long may it continue, especially tomorrow for 'Father's Day', especially as i think we are going to Leeds Castle !! I must confess i'm so glad i had the foresight to order my new passport in February (as it run out in October), as i would be so panicking now, as we go away in 5 weeks.

I needed to find a really fun but girly image, as i'm sending it to Harrison's Beavers Leader - Helen, as she is having a hip replacement operation on Friday, so i chose this one, as there are loads of cows on the riverbank: Penny Black - 'Ladies Devine - 2882K', the sentiment is : LOTV, the papers are : Making Memories - 'Cheeky Collection - Abby', the flowers are: E K Success flower punches, peach pearls are from stash, Ribbon is from : The Ribbon Girls (i so love their stripey ribbons).

Playing Guitar

Hi,

On the way to Derbyshire we stopped off at a pub in Leatherhead - where we had lunch with my best friend and her new partner (who was over from Oz for her mum's 90th Birthday). We had a lovely week in although Whisper was not that impressed, as she had to be on the lead for 95% of the walks ?? (as dogs are not allowed off of leads in the National Park - first time i've ever known this !!), 'War Horse' was absolutely fabby and can you believe that it cost us less to see it in Bradford (excluding grandad babysitting), than at The National Theatre in London ??

Today's image is one i bought from the LOTV shop, when we were there at Easter and it's been made for Alan's Dad (who was in a band in the sixties - in fact he has a billboard, where he is at the top and 'The Beatles', were at the bottom !!) : 'Playing Guitar' the sentiment is also LOTV, the papers are : A Doodlebug Pad  - 'Boys Only', the musical score is : MB - 'Virtuoso Music' and the guitar is one i bought at a craft show in a pack of 5 from 'Cards Express'
